  • Travel outside service area

Customer approval will be obtained before any additional charges are applied.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.

• Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees or collections.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Access to Property

• The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the property.

• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.

• Chemicals or biohazard waste

• Explosives or flammable substances

• Any illegal materials

The customer is responsible for disclosing all materials prior to service.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Damage caused by normal service operations (e.g., moving heavy items through tight spaces)

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. No Guarantees

While we strive for excellent service, we do not guarantee:

• Exact arrival times (due to job variability)

• Specific disposal methods unless agreed upon
